Three dead following blast at Dominican Republic plant

    Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic — At least three people are dead following a Dec. 5 explosion at a blow molding company in the Dominican Republic.
    Manuel Diez Cabral, the chairman and CEO of Diesco Ltd., said via Twitter that the extent of damage still was not known, and that the cause also was unknown.
