Compared with most flat plate design, evacuated tubular collector normally has a smaller fraction of total occupied area actually intercepting solar radiation because of the suppression of convectional and the provision of a selective surface, the efficiency value obtained with an evacuated tube collector are significantly higher than those obtained with conventional collector.

All-glass evacuated solar collector tubes are the key component of solar collector in water heaters, which consist of two layers of glass. The surface of the tubes is competely rinsed by the water removed ion, which make the selective coating adhered to the tubes firmly and guaranteed the efficiency and service life of the collector tubes.

Advanced skills in plating the selective coating and efficient system in evacuating vacuum provide the absorption of selective coating A>94.5% and emission B<5.5% which greatly improved the performance of the collector tubes.

Higher capacity VTS system is mainly used for commercial as well as industrial purpose in which evacuated tube may get upto 85� C which can minimize used of other conventional fuels.
